Who we are

This notice covers the website at tcap.studio, operated by TRAN CAP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, trading as Tran Capital ("we"), a California limited liability company. For privacy matters, write to legal@tcap.studio.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, no forms and no accounts. It does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Hosting and security

Our hosting and network provider processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This information is handled under the provider's own terms and is not used by us to identify you.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, available before you install it and linked from its App Store listing. That policy, not this notice, describes the data the app uses.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only where the law requires it.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email legal@tcap.studio. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Do Not Track

Because this website does not track visitors across sites or over time, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; there is nothing to switch off.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
